Worst craftsman ship

Worst bag I’ve ever purchased for $800+. The seams are uneven, and the buckle isn’t properly sealed, with loose threads sticking out. The craftsmanship is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality, especially from a Japanese brand. I’ve requested a refund and compensation. Definitely would not buy again.

店頭にあった最後のひとつを購入。
サイズ感と見た目は星5。本当に気に入っています。夏は汗や日焼け止めが付いてしまうので、片付けていますが、ランチやショッピングなどお洒落して出掛ける時の相棒として大事に使っていくつもりです。
星3なのはメインチャック回りの使い勝手が2点、イマイチなため。
ガバッと開かないので出し入れがし辛い点。
YKKのチャックで開ける時は問題ないのですが、閉める時が硬めでトップのハンドルかチャック下のミミを持ってグッと引っ張らないと閉まらない点。
機能性もあれば尚良かったです。
ポケット部のチャックは軽くてスムーズなんですけどね。

デザイン、縫製、皮の質感ともに良くてお安くはないのに衝動買いをしてしまったほど気に入りました。ただ使っているうちにスマホや日傘の取り出しが不便に思うようになり、両サイドにポケットがあればいいのにと少し残念に思うことがあります。使いづづけて次の子に代替わりをする時にはそううデザインもあるといいな。
