I received a product with significant spotting and they insisted that it was normal (very obvious), they ask me to send it back and then proceed to say this was was in the leather and it will disappear in time.
For a $500 bag one would expect it to look normal out of the box.
I mentioned it was not acceptable but they still refused to issue a refund or a replacement.
