We also deeply appreciate your candid notes on where we fell short. You are completely right that the 'Personal Size' calendar squares can feel quite restrictive, especially for handwriting that naturally requires more space than precise kanji. We sincerely apologize that the standard sizing was not clearly listed on the product page, which understandably made finding your own replacements a frustrating experience. Please be assured that I have shared this directly with our web team so we can clearly specify the refill dimensions moving forward.

Regarding the leather, we completely understand your surprise. Our Tone Nume collection features a different tanning and finishing process than our 'Nume' and 'Nume plus' collection. While standard Nume leather is typically firmer and smoother, Tone Nume's Soft Nume leather is generously infused with oil and tumbled to be exceptionally soft, supple, and textured right out of the box. We know how difficult it is to gauge these distinct tactile differences online without a local store to visit, and we are sorry it resulted in a minor disappointment when comparing it to your beloved wallet.

Despite these hurdles, we are so grateful for your support. We hope that as the leather continues to soften and develop its unique patina, this planner will become a deeply cherished companion for years to come.
