Terms of Membership Program
- Membership Program Overview: This terms of Membership Program ("Program") governs the accumulation and redemption of points and store credit earned through purchases on the official Tsuchiya Kaban Global - English - ("Website"). This terms of Membership Program, together with the Terms of Service, shall apply to all Members participating in the Program and participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.Terms of Service shall apply to matters not covered by this terms of Membership Program.
- Point Accumulation:
2-1. Earning Points: Members earn 3 points for every 1 USD spent on eligible purchases on the Website (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and certain specified items—see Section 2.2). Points are credited to the Member's account the day after the order is completed.
2-2. Eligible Purchases: Eligible purchases are those made on the Website using designated payment methods. Ineligible items include repair costs, processing fees, shipping fees, certain company-designated products, promotional offers, and gift cards.
2-3. Currency Conversion: While the Website displays prices in USD converted to various currencies, point accrual is based on the USD price shown on the product page (excluding amounts after the decimal point).
- Membership Tiers: The Program offers the following tiered membership levels:

○ Automatic Upgrades: Members are automatically upgraded to the next tier when their accumulated points reach the threshold for that tier.
○ Upgrade Gifts: Upgrade gifts (points) will be sent after the confirmation of no canceled orders within the upgrade period. The upgrade gift points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
○ Birthday Gifts: Birthday gifts (points) are issued on the first day of the member's birthday month and are valid for 365 days from the issuance date. The exact time of issuance depends on when the birthday is registered (see Appendix A for details).
- Point Redemption:
○ Store Credit: Members can redeem points for store credit at the following rates:
- 300 points = 10 USD store credit
- 600 points = 20 USD store credit
- 900 points = 30 USD store credit
- 1500 points = 50 USD store credit
- 3000 points = 100 USD store credit
○ Point/Credit Exchange: Points and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
- Exclusive Member Benefits: Members have access to exclusive benefits such as free worldwide shipping and member-exclusive reward activities, which may change periodically. Details of these benefits are available on the "My Account" page.
- Point Expiry: Accumulated points expire 12 months from the date of acquisition.
- Data Privacy: We collect and use member data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at [insert link]. See the Privacy Policy for details on data protection and usage.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the Program.
- Account Termination: Members may terminate their membership at any time. Points not redeemed prior to termination will be forfeited. The Company may also terminate a membership in accordance with the Article 8 of the Terms of Service.
Appendix A: Birthday Gift Issuance Timing
※ Birthday Gift: Based on the birthday you entered in "Personal Information," the birthday gift points will be sent on the first day of your birthday month. The birthday gift points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. The time when you receive the birthday points depends on when you register your birthday, as explained below:
If your birthday is on December 9 and you register your birthday before December → Points will be issued on December 1 (the first day of your birthday month).
If your birthday is on December 9 and you register your birthday on December 9 at 9:00 AM → Points will be issued on December 9.
If your birthday is on December 9 and you register your birthday on December 9 at 11:00 AM → Points will be issued the next day (December 10).
If a member changes their birthday, and if the same member has already received birthday gift points in the same year, the birthday gift points will not be issued again that year.
If a member registers their birthday on the last day of the month, the system will account for such cases, and points for the previous and current month will be calculated on the 1st of each month. If a birthday is registered after 10:00 AM on the last day of the month, the birthday points will be issued the next day, i.e., the 1st of the following month. For example:
If a member's birthday is on November 7 and the birthday registration time is November 30 at 3:00 PM, the November birthday points will be issued at 10:00 AM on December 1 (and the birthday gift points for December birthdays will also be issued at the same time).
