A traditionally crafted premium cowhide from Tuscany's Ausonia—a renowned tannery founded in 1946. Processed using Italian methods refined over a thousand years, this robust leather is made from 100% vegetable-tanned shoulder cowhide. It undergoes a modern drum-tanning process that allows deep oil penetration for a supple yet durable finish.

The leather is aniline-dyed to the core, then air-dried to develop unique wrinkles and textures that preserve its natural characteristics. Thanks to its richly oiled quality, it resists creasing while softening beautifully over time, developing depth in color and a lustrous patina. With dense, robust fibers, it produces a distinctive squeaky sound when rubbed; a hallmark of quality and authenticity.

Each piece features unique natural variations in grain and texture that enhance individuality. Though the surface is soft, its high oil content allows minor marks to blend in naturally with use.
