EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without needing to use our standard return process described elsewhere on this site.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
• Submit your withdrawal request using the form linked below.
• You will be asked to confirm your name and order reference.
• You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request has been submitted.
Refunds for EU Withdrawals
• The following costs will be deducted from your refund:
- Original shipping costs ($30 for non-members, $0 for members)
- Import and export duties
- Return shipping costs from your address to our Japan warehouse
No deductions will be made if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Items may be inspected and tried on as you would in a physical store; the right of withdrawal does not apply if the item shows signs of use beyond such inspection.
