Key Case

I was charged an additional fee by the company and received a separate bill from Fedex and now am trying to resolve the issue, very frustrating and time consuming!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the additional bill from FedEx.

We would like to clarify that this charge is for customs duties and VAT, not shipping fees. These fees are imposed and collected by your local customs authorities through FedEx, completely separate from your purchase price and outside of our control as a retailer.

We've received your email to our customer support team regarding this same issue. As explained in our response to your email, import duties and taxes are determined solely by customs officials in your country, and we regrettably cannot intervene in this process or absorb these costs on your behalf.

As a special benefit, members of our global website receive free shipping on their orders. While this wouldn't affect customs charges, it does eliminate standard shipping fees for future purchases.

Good but not practical

Good product but not as practical as I imagined. I wanted to use it to carry my car key and driver’s license. Unfortunately, key case has no space to contain drivers license.

完璧では...？

ほかのキーケースで悩みだった
・鍵が出てきてしまう
・ケータイが傷つく
・カードキーがしまえない
・ICチップ内蔵キーが反応しない
これら全てを解決するからと本人たっての希望でプレゼントで購入しました。

スマートキー用のフックがあれば満点

革の質感が良くてブラウンを購入。
車のスマートキーがそのままでは取り付けられないことは購入前からわかっていたので
三角形のリングを別途購入し、フックに取り付けてからスマートキーをつけています。
若干パンパンになるのが気になりますがまあこれでよいかと。

タイミング良し

10年以上使用した土屋鞄製キーケースが破損した日に、この商品が再販となるタイミングの良さ。ブラックと迷いましたが、ブラウンを購入。サイズ、持ち手の良さ。さすが土屋鞄さんです。こちらも永く付き合います。
