What are Randoseru Extended Shoulder Straps?

We started selling the Randoseru outside of Japan in 2020. Originally it was designed for users with heights between 120cm (3’11”) and 170 cm (5’6”), and as it became more popular on a global scale, we wanted to make sure it was more size inclusive, so adjustability became a priority and the extended straps became our solve.

Who should use Extended Shoulder Straps?

If you are over 5’6” you might consider an extended strap, or if you want the fit of your Randoseru to have more adjustability, for example when you wear more layers during colder weather.

How do I purchase a Randoseru with extended shoulder straps?

After selecting the color of the Randoseru you wish to buy on our website, there will be an option at the bottom of the page to choose the color of your extended shoulder straps. Select your preferred color and click “Add to Cart” and your Randoseru will ship with your Extended Straps. Available globally online, and at select store locations.

※ An additional fee will be charged for substituting shoulder straps with extended shoulder straps. The amount will be shown on the product page and the shopping cart page.
※ Special tools are needed to assemble and dismantle Randoseru shoulder straps. We currently do not sell extended shoulder straps as a separate product to ensure that they can be successfully replaced after purchase.
